The variety of activities is boundless in Guatemala and Antigua is the perfect central location offering access to most of the Country's amazing vistas. A visit to Antigua can be as simple as relaxing days strolling through the Plaza taking in the fascinating sights and colors, wandering through cobblestone streets which have not changed in 500 years and enjoying some of the most sophisticated dining, shopping, art galleries and markets in Central America. For the more adventurous traveler there is volcano hiking with incredible views, mountain biking, river kayaking, golfing and deep-sea fishing off the Pacific coast (only 45 minutes away). Additionally Antigua has access to several ancient Mayan sites. Our staff will be pleased to make all of your arrangements either in advance or upon arrival. |
