Our guests are happy to share their experiences, how they were received, how they felt during their stay with us and how they enjoyed the entire city.

  • Lovely place to rest and relaxation

Casa Encantada is in a good location, walking distance from the central square. The small pool in the courtyard is lovely for soaking your feet in after a day of walking on the cobblestone streets of Antigua. The living room area includes coffee and a fireplace which was nice to have in the cooler evening after returning home for dinner. The rooms are equiped with all that one would need... even if your airline lost your luggage. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Our breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was delicious. We regrettably had only made a reservation for one night but Melvin at the front desk assisted in helping me find another option for the following night. He was fluent in English and extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitively recommend this hotel.

  • Romantic, comfortable and walking distance from everything!

We spent two nights at Casa Encantada in charming room No. 7. The hotel is absolutely adorable, but the best part is the entrance to our room, through the little pool. The room has everything we needed to feel at home, and it was perfect for sleeping amazingly well and deep. We love the shower, the balcony where we had breakfast, the food, the views and the staff. We definitely want to go back, and stay longer.

  • Relaxation in Antigua!

I spent 3 nights at this hotel over New Years weekend. The hotel is small and feels like a home. The bed was the most comfortable I had during a two-week trip to Guatemala! The staff treats you like family. I received a gift on New Year's Eve, fresh cookies were baked every day, and delicious Guatemalan coffee was available all day long. Breakfast was included in the room rate and served on a lovely terrace. It wasn't cheap, but I wanted to treat myself on the last few days of my trip. I recommend it to people that want to treat themselves well and relax in a busy tourist city.
