House Rules:

• High volume music is not allowed, out of respect for the neighborhood
• Parties are not allowed
• You can bring a pet, accepting our regulations
• Upon arrival, a refundable deposit (or an open voucher) will be requested, after checking that everything is in order
• You must pay an additional USD250 for cleaning at check out

• Rates not valid on February, November and December
