We appreciate, value, and treasure your continued loyalty and preference; your health and safety is always our top priority and we are taking measures to stop the spread of the virus in our facilities, with the commitment of our staff and the collaboration of our guests.

We understand that it is an unprecedented situation and we want to let you know that we are carrying out strict sanitation and distancing procedures and protocols that adhere to the recommendations of the Government of Guatemala, through the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance (MSPAS), as well as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) of the United States of America.

Our entire team is closely following official progress on COVID-19 and we are working almost normally, although with some restricted areas, such as the Bar and Restaurant that operates at limited hours and does not serve all tables unless they are at a distance prudential. We are offering room service to promote social distancing and we are taking extreme hygiene measures, hand washing and the use of gloves and masks.

For any eventuality we have a 24-hour medical service required. If any medication is needed, we have a home pharmacy service.

When leave the property, we recommend taking all precautions to avoid exposing yourself to the contagion and preserve you and your family health.

To preserve the work and operations of our Staff, we have blocked areas, so we ask for your understanding if we cannot assign in your preferred area; however, our efforts are always focused on providing you with a unique experience during your stay.

Cancellations

We understand that as a result of this situation you would like to change your plans and therefore your reservations, so we have temporarily modified our cancellation policies. Please review the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation and contact us if you have any questions.


Reservations that already have payment, can be rebooked for up to 12 months. The payment can also be used as a credit for New Year’s Eve (Dec 27/2020 to Jan 02/2021) and Holly Week 2021 (March 31 to April 04), if you wish. If you prefer a refund, we will apply a 10% administrative fee and it will take approximately 60 days for bank procedures.
